About the role:
We are seeking enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join supportive and welcoming early years settings in the Lincoln area. The role is full-time and due to commence September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education, supporting children through the crucial stages of their development and helping them achieve the best possible start in life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing through play-based experiences.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
- Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are followed at all time.
Pre-requisites:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent).
- Sound understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
- A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.
- Ability to provide two education or school based references.
