Other duties as assigned.</font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: </b></font></font></p><p></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">A minimum of 2 years of experience in sterile processing is required. In lieu of 2 years of experience in SPD, a minimum of one year of sterile processing experience plus one year of leadership experience is required. A minimum of 6 months of Sterile Processing or Surgical Technologist experience is preferred.</font></font></p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: </b></font></font><p></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">High School diploma or equivalent is required.</font></font></p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: </b></font></font><p></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Demonstrated leadership skills. Thorough knowledge of all Sterile Processing equipment/techniques, using approved standard procedures.
