Based from your home office base, you will be responsible for ensuring the best customer service and colleague liaison possible.

Job role / duties

·        Conduct site surveys on customer premises

·        Ensure comprehensive notes are taken for the Installation and Service team

·        Attend pre-arranged installations of a variety of industrial doors

·        Attend service contract appointments

·        Attend breakdown calls at customer premises

·        Update the system with diagnosis and solution information

·        Liaise with Service team regarding parts required or issues needing support

·        Maintain notes for each client

·        Liaise with Business Development team regarding customer site visits

To be considered you must:

·        Possess experience within the Industrial door sector

·        Have Mechanical and electrical installation /repair experience

·        Be IPAF accredited

·        Possess a full driving license

·        Ideally have an FLT license and valid CSCS

·        Be a good verbal & written communicator

·        Have good all round IT skills
