You’ll be assisting customers in both languages. Six months of customer service experience preferred. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to navigate multiple computer applications while assisting customers. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and provide solutions. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Must have a high school diploma or GED.
