Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

• Job Title: Maintenance Technician • Pay Rate Range: $25.00-$35.00/Hour • Location: St Paul, MN • Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 6 Start between 2:30PM & 3PM and end between 1AM & 2AM • Position Type: Temp to Hire   Requirements and Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 1-2 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience. 2. Proficiency with power and hand tools. 3. Preferred experience with equipment such as Drop Packers, Top Sealers, Palletizers, Case Erectors, and Blow Molding machines. 4. Pneumatics (cylinders, valves, solenoids, etc.). 5. Hydraulics (cylinders, valves, solenoids, etc.). 6. Electrical (knowledge of multimeters, 24v to 480v 3-phase power, electric motors, VFD's etc.). 7. Automation systems (photo eyes, proximity switches, limit switches, etc.). 8. Various pumps (diaphragm, centrifugal, and displacement). 9. Mechanical skills (motor and gearbox changeouts/alignment, bearing replacement, and reading mechanical blueprints).  Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Performs emergency and unscheduled repairs on production equipment during active operations. Completes daily preventative maintenance (PMs), general maintenance tasks, and routine production line changeovers. Utilizes CCMS and Red Zone systems to document and track repairs, supporting efforts to minimize downtime and improve overall production efficiency. Adheres to all safety standards and ensures a safe working environment at all times. Maintains a clean and organized workstation, including surrounding areas. Provides support to other team members as needed to meet production goals. Follows all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, conduct, and appearance standards. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
