They will oversee planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices while maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities<br />
Project Planning & Execution:<br />
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.</p>
<p>Lead pre-construction planning, including feasibility studies and risk assessments.</p>
<p>Ensure projects adhere to contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company standards.</p>
<p>Coordinate with architects, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.</p>
<p>Monitor daily site operations, overseeing site supervisors and construction teams.</p>
<p>Implement cost control measures and proactively manage project budgets.</p>
<p>Risk & Quality Management:<br />
Identify potential risks, delays, and budget overruns, implementing mitigation strategies.</p>
<p>Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.</p>
<p>Troubleshoot project challenges, offering creative solutions to keep progress on track.</p>
<p>Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety requirements.</p>
<p>Communication & Stakeholder Coordination:<br />
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates.</p>
<p>Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.</p>
<p>Lead project meetings, ensuring alignment between all stakeholders.</p>
<p>Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.</p>
<p>Team Leadership & Development:<br />
Oversee and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.</p>
<p>Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to enhance team capabilities.</p>
<p>Qualifications & Requirements<br />
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).</p>
<p>5+ years of experience managing commercial or residential construction projects.</p>
<p>Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and industry trends.</p>
<p>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.</p>
<p>Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project).</p>
<p>Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.</p>
<p>Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.</p>
