<p>Deliver governance, administration, and optimisation of an organisation’s Atlassian Cloud environment. The role focuses on improving system structure, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations, and enabling internal teams through training and knowledge transfer so they can manage the platform independently.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong>Governance & Standards</strong></p>

<li>Support end users and standardise projects, workflows, permissions, fields, and naming conventions </li>
<li>Review current Atlassian setup and usage </li>
<li>Define governance model (roles, responsibilities, change control) </li>
<li>Recommend licensing, apps, and integrations </li>
<li>Manage users, groups, projects, and spaces </li>
<li>Maintain workflows, automations, SLAs, queues, and templates </li>
<li>Oversee apps and integrations </li>
<li>Perform regular housekeeping (clean-up, access reviews, consistency checks) </li>
<li>Ensure scalable, consistent configurations across teams (delivery, service, engineering, product) </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Training & Knowledge Transfer</strong></p>
