About the Role
Your responsibilities as Qualified Accountant consist of, yet are not limited to:
Manage a portfolio of entities in a specific geographical jurisdiction and preform monthly and quarterly accounting and reporting functions
Prepare complex accounting transactions (including but not limited to acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, build to suit) and prepare related journal entries and reporting files
Review of accounting entries and financial statements prepared by third-party accountants for allocated portfolio
Reconcile between third-party financial statements and Company's books and records
Analyze intercompany and related-party transactions, perform supporting reconciliations, and book complex intercompany journal entries
Provide account payable invoice coding
Manage calculation and payment of VAT, real estate taxes and tenant recharges for your portfolio
Prepare detailed balance sheet analyses and income statement variance and fluctuation analyses in connection with closing packages
Responsible for local GAAP or IFRS financial statement preparation and related statutory audits
Process optimization on a frequent base
