About the Role

Our client, a professional services business based in Exeter, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the firm. This is a key on-site role, acting as the operational hub of the business and a first point of contact for clients.
 
This position suits someone highly organised, proactive, and dependable - someone who enjoys creating structure, keeping teams aligned, and ensuring nothing is missed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for incoming client communications
  • Coordinate internal office activity to ensure priorities and actions are managed effectively
  • Prepare documentation and support meeting readiness and information flow
  • Proactively anticipate team and client needs
  • Support workflows and deadlines, enabling delivery teams to focus on core work
  • Maintain accurate organisation of client records and documentation
  • Liaise closely with delivery teams and Client Portfolio Leads
  • Manage and support the Support Team
  • Champion process improvement and system optimisation
  • Ensure all client interactions reflect a professional, well-managed organisation

What's On Offer:
  • Salary up to £40,000, depending on experience
