<p><strong>Sales & Business Development</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Drive growth through targeted prospecting, outreach, and client meetings</li>
<li>Acquire new business from biotech, pharmaceutical, and academic clients</li>
<li>Pitch services, negotiate deals, and close sales</li>
<li>Maintain a healthy pipeline and hit sales targets consistently</li>
<li>Grow existing accounts through upselling and expanding projects</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Client Relationship Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and nurture relationships with researchers, PIs, and lab leaders</li>
<li>Offer tailored support to meet client research needs</li>
<li>Provide timely responses and solutions for long-term partnerships</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Market Development & Industry Presence</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events</li>
<li>Spot trends and opportunities in biomedical research and pathology</li>
<li>Stay updated on competitors to shape territory strategy</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Strategy, Reporting & Collaboration</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and market trends</li>
<li>Work closely with marketing, operations, and lab teams</li>
<li>Assist with scoping, pricing, and executing service agreements</li>
<li>Ensure brand consistency in client interactions</li>
</ul>

<h3><span><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li>5–10 years of sales experience in life sciences (preferably lab, histology, or pathology)</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field</li>
<li>Proven success in field-based, sales-driven roles</li>
<li>Familiarity with histology, specimen processing, and pathology</li>
<li>Ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close deals</li>
<li>Willingness to travel in the Boston region</li>
