We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. This role will support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication skills, and has a passion for delivering operational excellence in recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple departments, managing complex calendars and logistics
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to ensure alignment and timely movement of candidates through the pipeline
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Assist with background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment processes
- Track recruiting metrics and generate reports as needed (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, etc.)
- Support employer branding initiatives, including job board postings and coordination of recruitment events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable employment laws and regulations
