Senior Implementation Lead Engineer

This is a fast paced software company with excellent benefits and options.  <br /> <br /> Requirements:<br />   <ul> <li>Lead a team of solution engineers and software engineers to guide product development to match client’s needs</li> <li>Be responsible for leading the engineering portion of selling products to clients from sale to go-live date</li> <li>Experience owning implementation details from conception to go live inclusive of testing</li> <li>Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement on the product</li> <li>Ability to travel</li> <li>5+ years of experience in solutions / integration engineering</li> <li>7+ years of experience in software development</li> <li>Works with users to resolve technical issues and to provide implementation support</li> <li>Contributes to development of company objectives and principles</li> <li>Knowledge of SOA, microservices, and/or RESTful design patterns</li> <li>Fluency with Java, C++, REST APIs, JSON, MySQL, NoSQL, Hosted environments</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels</li> <li>BA/BS degree preferred in Computer Science or related major with strong academic record</li> <li>Experience with UNIX, preferably Linux</li> <li>Experience with Open Source tools</li> <li>Willingness to work in a highly-collaborative environment where the belief is that great ideas can come from anywhere.</li> <li>Candidates must be able to embrace this culture, foster idea generation, and work to cultivate the best ideas into an executable plan. </li> </ul>  <br />  <br /> Recommended but not required:<br />   <ul> <li>Experience with Amazon Web Services and Azure are a plus</li> <li>Experience with a business critical, high volume software systems</li> </ul>
