<p><strong>The Company</strong></p>
<p> Large housing provider managing 27,000 homes on the Army defence contract within Portsmouth. This is a job for life as there will always be Army Housing. As you can imagine the tenants are polite, attentive and professional. Carrying our property maintenance works, plumbing, carpentry, painting decorating.</p>
<p><strong>The Role – Ideally qualified within Plumbing but not necessary </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Carpentry – Maintenance – Hanging doors, fixing skirting, changing handles</li>
<li>Plumbing – Maintenance – Fitting Taps, Fixing Leaks, Drainage, Bathroom Fitting</li>
<li>Wet Trades – Patch Plaster, Painting Decorating</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Preferred – NVQ Plumbing or Carpentry</li>
<li>Full UK Drivers License</li>
<li>2 Years property maintenance experience</li>
<li>Ability to be self-efficient <br /> </li>
</ul>
