What You’ll Do Weigh and load raw materials into mixing tanks Monitor and adjust the mixing process Unload and store finished batches Verify material weights and batch contents Document steps in the mixing process Collect samples for quality-control testing Operate trucks on company property for weighing Assist with railcar and tanker loading activities Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized Follow company procedures and safety practices Requirements: Comfortable performing physically demanding work Able to safely climb railcars and tankers Able to read and follow production instructions and safety procedures Dependable, safety-conscious, and attentive to detail Willing to work both indoors and outdoors Manufacturing or production experience Forklift experience Able to pass a drug screen and background check
