Skilled Production Operative - Soup Factory Location: Europarc, Grimsby Shifts: Rotating shifts - 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am Job Type: Temp to Perm Pay Rates: £12.71 per hour (Days) | £14.11 per hour (Nights) About the Role: AM2PM Recruitment is currently recruiting Skilled Production Operatives to join a leading soup manufacturing site based on the Europarc in Grimsby. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous food production or manufacturing experience who are looking to develop their skills within a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities: Operating and monitoring production equipment efficiently and safely Supporting the production process to ensure products are manufactured to specification Carrying out quality checks and reporting any issues promptly Completing production paperwork accurately Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily production targets Physically fit, you may be expected to lift up to 25kg, consistantly throughout your shift What We're Looking For: Previous food production or manufacturing experience is preferred Good understanding of health & safety and food hygiene procedures Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work Confident completing production paperwork Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work rotating shifts A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team What You'll Get: Temp to perm opportunity Weekly pay Competitive pay rates (£12.71 days / £14.11 nights) Free on-site parking Access to canteen and personal lockers Ongoing training and career progression opportunities Supportive team environment If this sounds like the right Job for you, Click APPLY now INDHAINSUH
