As Elections Programme Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of fair, transparent and legally‑compliant elections. You’ll bring excellent organisational, project management, problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to interpret legislation and translate it into clear, actionable plans. This is a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment where accuracy and deadlines are critical—and you will be someone who thrives under those conditions. Beyond your core responsibility for elections, you will also play a key role in delivering major democracy and governance projects.
