About the Role
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>· Lead civil design and project management for land development projects</p>
<p>· Oversee grading, stormwater management, utilities, and site layout design</p>
<p>· Manage projects through permitting, documentation, and construction support</p>
<p>· Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders</p>
<p>· Guide and mentor junior engineering staff</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>· B.S. in Civil Engineering</p>
<p>· <strong>PE license in North Carolina and South Carolina</strong></p>
<p>· <strong>5+ years of land development experience</strong> (commercial, industrial, mixed-use)</p>
<p>· Strong technical design experience with <strong>grading, drainage, stormwater, sewer, and water systems</strong></p>
<p>· Proficiency with <strong>Civil 3D and related engineering software</strong></p>
<p>· Strong communication and leadership skills</p>
