This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage the full grant lifecycle, from identifying funding opportunities to proposal development, compliance, and reporting. Pay: $45.33–$68.44/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, in-office Key Responsibilities: • Identify and apply for grant opportunities (government, corporate, and foundation) • Manage multiple grants, timelines, and deadlines simultaneously • Develop and submit grant proposals and oversee the full submission process • Monitor grant budgets, timelines, and compliance requirements • Collaborate with internal teams to align funding with program needs • Maintain strong relationships with funders and community partners • Lead or support community research, surveys, and program planning • Assist with funding renewals and expansion of new programs • Review proposals and budgets for accuracy and compliance • Partner with finance teams on budgeting and cost guidelines • Represent the organization at meetings, events, and conferences • Support process improvements and special projects as needed Skills and Abilities: • Strong grant writing and fundraising experience • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Research, data analysis, and program evaluation experience • Clear and professional communication and public speaking skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience working with diverse teams and community partners • Leadership and team coordination experience Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Public Administration, Public Health, or related field • 5+ years of experience in grant management, fundraising, or program development • Nonprofit or government experience preferred Benefits Available: • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Insurance • $0 copay for unlimited Teladoc virtual visits • Employee Assistance Program (medical, financial, or legal support) • Coverage available for spouse, domestic partner, and children • Pet insurance available • Resources for parents with children of developmental disabilities Hiring Requirements: • Valid identification that proves your right to work in the United States • As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a drug screen and background check Apply Today • Call 661-393-9700 to discuss your experience • Register online at www.exactstaff.com/register
