Data Center Manager

A hyperscale data center operator providing mission-critical infrastructure for cloud computing and AI workloads. The company specializes in high-density power distribution, advanced cooling systems, network connectivity, and sustainable energy solutions for enterprise clients, technology companies, hyperscalers, and AI infrastructure deployments

The Data Center Operations Manager will oversee mission-critical facility operations, manage technical teams, ensure continuous uptime, and coordinate maintenance activities across multiple shifts. Responsibilities include capacity planning, vendor management, budget oversight, and implementing operational excellence including incident response protocols, performance metrics tracking, and regulatory compliance audits.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field PMP or related certification preferred 7-10 years of data center operations leadership experience Proficiency in DCIM platforms and monitoring systems Strong understanding of power, cooling, and network infrastructure Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills

• Experience with hyperscale or multi-site operations Knowledge of Tier III/IV standards and commissioning ITIL or Six Sigma certification with process improvement
