<p>We’re inviting compassionate, committed individuals to join our team of Support Workers in our Supported Living settings. This is a rewarding and meaningful role, supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge helping them lead safe, independent, and fulfilling lives.</p>
<p>You’ll play a vital part in helping the people we support to live with independence and purpose. This includes assisting with everyday routines, building confidence, and creating opportunities for personal growth and enjoyment.</p>
<p>Location: Mansfield</p>
<p>Job Type: Full-Time (36 hours per week)</p>
<p>Salary: £13.50 per hour</p>
<p>Shifts: Waking Nights, includes weekend and bank holiday working.</p>

<p><b>What We’re Looking For:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum one years’ experience in a support or care role</li>
<li>Confident working with individuals with complex needs or behaviours that challenge.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and emotional resilience.</li>
<li>A passion and drive to make a difference.</li>
<li>A team player with a proactive, person-centred approach.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Must be 18 or over.</li>
<li>Must have the right to work in the UK.</li>
<li>Must be able to speak and understand English to a good standard for effective communication, record-keeping and safeguarding the wellbeing of those you will be supporting.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>What You’ll Be Doing:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Promote and support independence, choice, dignity and respect at all times.</li>
<li>Supporting individuals with their daily living activities, including medication, meals, shopping, budgeting, household tasks, and may also include personal care.</li>
<li>Encourage social inclusion and confidence in the community.</li>
<li>Monitor and promote individuals physical and mental wellbeing.</li>
<li>Follow and implement person-centred support plans.</li>
<li>Support individuals with their personal goals.</li>
<li>Use your experience and training to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with your team to maintain consistent, high-quality support.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate up-to-date daily records, reports and incident forms.</li>
<li>Remain awake and alert throughout the night to ensure safety and wellbeing of the individual.</li>
<li>Support with night-time routines and support individuals who may wake during the night.</li>
