Deviation Management Specialist - I (Assistant)

Pay $41.78/hour Required Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering, scientific, or related field 0-3 years of experience in a cGMP environment within pharmaceuticals or biotech Proven experience in writing investigations for process deviations Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and problem-solving capabilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams Nice to Have Skills: Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing or technical operations Experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis Knowledge of aseptic manufacturing processes Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of post-graduate real-world experience in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing Experience handling deviation incidents and investigations Johnson Service Group, Inc.
