About the role

Within this Property Litigation role, you will be joining a dynamic and fast-paced team. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Running a full caseload of matters such as leasehold disputes, boundary disputes, adverse possessions, section 20 processes and dilapidation processes
• Drafting and responding to proceedings in Court
• Providing written and verbal advice to clients
• Liaising with clients, third parties, Courts and opponents
• Supervision of more junior members of staff
• Taking part in Business Development Initiatives

About You

• 3+ years PQE in Property Litigation law
• Excellent communication and client-care skills
• The ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• A proactive and collaborative approach
• A passion for delivering compassionate legal advice
• Confidence in client meetings
