The manager is responsible for leading a team of pricing professionals, as well as process and data professionals. Collaborate with other functions to ensure pricing is a valid representation of our marketing, operations, and supply chain strategies.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Lead product and market business process strategy through participation in cross-functional teams responsible for setting budget and information systems’ priorities.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Lead cross-functional, corporate strategic imperatives to increase customer satisfaction and revenue from data driven customer insight.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Interact frequently with senior level executives and distributor associates to solve customer, market, and product line revenue and pricing issues.</li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Manage a method and cadence for periodically reviewing the effectiveness of our pricing strategy. Document plan and develop system for reporting progress to plan. </li><li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Develop expertise in the creation of logic-based product price models.
