Oracle ERP Cloud Senior Consultant (Financials/ Procurement) Location: Other, LATAM Seniority: Senior Technologies: Product/Analyst, Security Zoolatech is currently seeking candidates for a leading entity in the US health and wellness sector. Our client operates in a highly regulated niche, comparable to human healthcare. The company has historically not been technology-first and is now moving through a broader modernization effort. One of the focus areas is the creation of a stronger platform foundation together with external vendors, plus the introduction of AI-driven capabilities where they can bring practical business value. Within this context, we are looking for a senior Oracle ERP Cloud consultant who can help improve critical business processes in Oracle ERP. The environment is described as legacy, with significant room for modernization, process optimization, and pragmatic technology enablement. Work as a senior individual contributor on Oracle ERP initiatives. Support Oracle ERP Cloud workstreams with a primary focus on either Financials or Procurement. Provide working knowledge of adjacent ERP streams and cross-functional process dependencies. Help improve and streamline ERP-related business processes. Bring a proactive, technology-first mindset into a client environment that is actively modernizing. Collaborate with client stakeholders and adapt to evolving project clarity. Be prepared for possible future office attendance (1-2 times per week) Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / Oracle Cloud ERP. Strong functional expertise in one primary stream: Oracle Financials Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Good working knowledge of the adjacent stream is preferred. Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud implementation and configuration. Experience with Oracle Functional Setup Manager and implementation projects. For Financials-focused candidates: hands-on experience in some of the following areas: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, Payments. For Procurement-focused candidates: hands-on experience in some of the following areas: requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing, supplier management, catalogs, approvals, Procurement Contracts. Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and FIT/GAP analysis. Experience with testing activities, including unit testing and support for SIT/UAT. Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud data migration and/or integrations, including FBDI and related ERP integration services. Familiarity with Oracle ERP security, implementation users, and role-based access concepts. Ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor in an evolving project environment. Strong communication skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders. Would Be a great plus: Experience spanning both Financials and Procurement streams. Experience in Oracle ERP modernization or transformation programs. Experience working with legacy enterprise environments. Experience collaborating with distributed teams and external vendors.
