<p><strong>Monday to Thursday PM – </strong>£14.90 per hour</p>
<p><strong>Overtime (weekends) – </strong>£20.51 to £29.80<strong> </strong></p>

This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail and a passion for hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.The role would involve working various shifts “<strong>Week 1 – Monday to Friday / 6am to 2pm. Week 2 – Monday to Thursday / 2pm to 12:15am”</strong></p>

<p><strong>REQUIRMENTS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience using hand-held tools (e.g., drills, saws, sanders)</li>
<li>Experience working with wood or wood-based materials is essential</li>
<li>Good level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship</li>
<li>Ability to follow instructions and work independently</li>
<li>Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a workshop or factory setting</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>DUTIES:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Operate a range of hand-held tools safely and efficiently</li>
<li>Assemble, cut, and finish wood or wood-based products</li>
<li>Follow technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions</li>
<li>Ensure products meet quality standards and report any defects</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organised workspace</li>
<li>Assist with loading/unloading materials and stock movement</li>
<li>Adhere to all health and safety regulations</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets</li>
