About the Role
We are seeking an experienced STRATCOM professional to support the delivery, and potentially the design, of a Military Strategic Communications course in the MENA region.
We’re ideally looking for individuals with experience at the OF-3 level or above.
The instructor will deliver training aligned with NATO doctrine and contribute subject matter expertise to ensure high-quality, relevant instruction.
Training delivery dates are 18 June to 3 July
Key Responsibilities
•Deliver STRATCOM training in accordance with NATO doctrine
•Support course preparation, including lesson familiarisation and in-country set-up
•Contribute to course design and development (if engaged for design package)
•Facilitate discussions, practical exercises, and syndicate work
•Provide subject matter expertise on STRATCOM planning and implementation
•Support course evaluation and continuous improvement
Required Experience & Qualifications
•Recent experience in military STRATCOM planning and/or delivery
•Strong understanding of NATO doctrine or equivalent UK doctrine
•Experience operating within joint or multinational environments
•Ability to translate operational experience into structured training
Desirable Background
•Former military personnel, ideally from organisations such as JIAG, MOD Military Strategic Effects, PJHQ, or NATO
•Previous instructor or training delivery experience
•Experience contributing to course design or training development

•Candidates must be available for the full delivery and preparation period

•3 days of in-country preparation and lesson familiarisation.
