Health Care Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Health Care Assistant to provide support for vulnerable adults in the care and nursing home sector. Key Responsibilities: Provide compassionate care to patients in hospitals, nursing homes, or private care settings Assist with daily activities such as personal care, feeding, and mobility support Monitor and report patient health conditions to nursing staff or supervisors Ensure patient dignity and comfort at all times Support healthcare teams in implementing care plans and ensuring high standards of care Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients Requirements: Previous experience working in a care/nursing home based in the UK Be able to use a hoist Be able to do personal care Right to work in the UK Advanced clear DBS Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment How to Apply: Click the “Apply for Job” button and fill out the application form.
