A Day in the Life
Cooperation with the Sales Manager on sales activities and administrative tasks supporting the sales process
Building and managing client relationships within the assigned customer portfolio
Providing customer service, including negotiating terms, preparing commercial offers, and managing the order fulfillment process
Responding to customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and resolving issues and complaints
Organizing and overseeing the shipping process
Preparing shipping documentation and entering orders into the system
Representing the company at business meetings and trade fairs
Creating sales documents
Preparing reports and summaries
You Bring This Value
Experience in a similar role in sales or customer service
Proven experience in commercial contracts and negotiations with business partners
Previous experience in a manufacturing company preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong determination to achieve set goals and effective time management abilities
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency in execution
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
Experience in the plastics recycling industry is an advantage
Fluent in Polish and advanced English proficiency (minimum B2), both spoken and written
Category B driving license and willingness to travel for business
