About The Role

Are you an organised, proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an Recruitment partner to join our dynamic Internal Recruitment Team here at Car Finance 247. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting our business growth by helping us attract and secure top talent across all departments.

This position is a 12-month maternity cover, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right person.

Hours: Monday to Friday

As an Recruitment partner, you’ll be a trusted recruitment partner to our hiring managers – managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy brief to successful offer. This role has a strong administrative and systems focus, so attention to detail, organisation, and process excellence are key.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently, using our systems to manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of recruitment administration and maintain accurate records across all systems.
• Write engaging, targeted job adverts and post them across the right platforms to attract quality applicants.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, databases, and direct search methods.
• Conduct professional and engaging telephone screenings.
• Schedule and confirm interviews, ensuring all candidates are fully prepared and informed.
• Provide timely updates and clear communication to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a first-class candidate experience at every stage.
• Regularly review recruitment campaigns to identify improvements and share insights with the team.
• Be an ambassador for the Car Finance 247 employer brand.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in recruitment (agency or in-house) – ideally 12 months or more.
• Highly organised with strong administrative and system skills – you’ll enjoy keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.
• A confident communicator with great telephone and written communication skills.
• Proactive, motivated, and able to manage your workload independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Resilient, adaptable, and open to feedback.
