Job Description:

Holy Cross School is seeking a passionate and mission-driven Part-Time Enrollment Manager to help grow and strengthen our school community through strategic recruitment, admissions, and family engagement initiatives.

The Enrollment Manager will work closely with school leadership to develop and implement enrollment strategies that support student recruitment, retention, and outreach efforts. This individual will serve as an ambassador for Holy Cross School and play a key role in promoting the mission and value of Catholic education.


Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement annual enrollment and retention strategies

● Coordinate admissions and recruitment events including:

○ Open Houses

○ School Tours

○ Shadow Days

○ Accepted Students Events

● Guide prospective families through the inquiry, application, and enrollment process

● Manage enrollment databases, CRM systems, and admissions records

● Analyze enrollment trends and support strategic planning initiatives

● Collaborate with administration regarding tuition assistance and financial aid opportunities

● Build relationships with local parishes, partner schools, and current families to strengthen community outreach

● Promote Holy Cross School through marketing and communication efforts

Qualifications:

● Practicing Catholic committed to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education

● Bachelor’s degree required

● Experience in admissions, enrollment management, marketing, communications, advancement, or related field preferred

● Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

● Proficiency with CRM systems, enrollment platforms, and data management tools preferred

● Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and community partners

● Ability to complete Safe Environment training and all required background clearances
