Field Engineer

A civil engineering and construction management firm specializing in infrastructure projects throughout Texas. The firm provides design-build services for transportation, site development, and utility projects, working closely with municipalities, contractors, and developers.

The Field Engineer will serve as the on-site representative for engineering projects, performing quality assurance, reviewing contractor submittals, conducting inspections, and resolving field issues. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to coordinate between design teams, contractors, and clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management 2-4 years of field engineering or construction experience Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam Strong understanding of construction methods and materials Knowledge of grading, drainage, and utility construction Excellent documentation and communication skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites

• EIT certification or PE license in progress OSHA 30-hour certification Experience with transportation or municipal projects
