About the Role
Arcosa Marine is searching for a Safety Oriented Maintenance Analyst in our Ashland City, TN barge plant. As a Maintenance Analyst you will routinely analysis workflows, activities, and process data. Identify and report performance gaps and potential areas for efficiency improvements and/or training and development needs.
Arcosa Marine Products, Inc., is part of Arcosa’s Inland Barge Group, and is a leading manufacturer of barges used to transport cargo on U.S. inland waterways. Arcosa Marine Products manufactures dry cargo barges, including flat-deck and hopper barges, that are used to transport a variety of products including grain, coal, and aggregates. Arcosa Marine Products also manufactures tank barges that carry petroleum, fertilizer, ethanol, chemicals, and other liquid cargoes. It is the largest U.S. manufacturer of fiberglass hopper barge covers used primarily on grain barges. Additionally, Arcosa Marine Products provides a full line of deck hardware to the marine industry, including hatches, castings, and winches for towboats and dock facilities.
What You'll Do:
Responsible for the overall development, scheduling and coordination of plant planned, preventative, and corrective maintenance.
Responsible for the research, validation and quote collection of all maintenance parts
Manage business relationships with suppliers
Communicating Enterprise Resource Planning standards and infrastructure
Analyzing and ensuring data quality within CMMS
Compile, analyze, and interpret CMMS data to develop and present accurate predictions
Compare maintenance and staff hour data against monthly maintenance plans, workload estimates, and standards
Provide on-going suggestions and improvements to our maintenance requirements
Able to communicate both internally and externally in a professional manner
Performs technical validation of all parts required for maintenance before purchase
Analyzes and resolves implementation conflicts that could cause excessive downtime or introduce risk
Experience with overhead, gantry, jib and mobile cranes is desired but not required.
