Functie As Business Controller, you act as a key financial sparring partner to senior leadership. You translate data into actionable insights and play a critical role in supporting strategic and operational decision-making across the business. You work closely with teams such as Operations, Sales, and Product, ensuring financial performance is understood, challenged, and improved continuously as the company scales. Deliver and develop management reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes Analyse business performance, margins, and unit economics Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across the organisation Improve and automate reporting and financial processes Support strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment decisions Act as a finance business partner to senior stakeholders Contribute to building a scalable finance function Profiel Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration 3-6 years of relevant experience in controlling, FP&A, or business finance Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus Experience in a scale-up, PE-backed, or high-growth environment is a strong advantage Strong communication skills in Dutch and English Aanbod Significant room for initiative, ownership, and professional growth Competitive salary with development opportunities aligned to company growth Contact Alisha Debipersad Referentienummer JN-042026-7002958
