<p>They are seeking a <b>Project Manager</b> to join their friendly team and rapidly expanding business.</p>
<p>This is predominantly an Office-Based Role, with occasional site visits. Please do not apply if you want to work from home.</p>
<p><b>Salary and Hours:</b></p>

<li>Monday – Friday; In the Office</li>
<li>Salary: £40 – £45K subject to experience</li>

<p><b>The Role</b></p>
<p>You will support the delivery of commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects typically ranging from 500 sq. ft to 10,000 sq. ft, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle from concept through to completion.</p>
<p>This is a fast-paced and varied role, supporting several projects simultaneously, while working closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.</p>
<p>The role will suit someone who enjoys problem-solving, taking responsibility and being part of a growing business, rather than someone looking for a purely administrative position.</p>
<p><b>Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in the planning, coordination and delivery of commercial interior fit-out and refurbishment projects.</li>
<li>Support the execution and completion of projects from concept through to handover.</li>
<li>Assist with project planning, programmes, documentation, budgets and reporting.</li>
<li>Place and track orders for project materials and furniture, organising deliveries to storage or site.</li>
<li>Check accuracy of deliveries and maintain organised document control and project records.</li>
<li>Produce risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).</li>
<li>Assist with project quotations and estimations.</li>
<li>Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and budgets.</li>
<li>Maintain project diaries, spreadsheets and tracking systems with accurate information.</li>
<li>Attend site visits and client meetings where required.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors and suppliers, providing updates and resolving issues.</li>
<li>Support the management of health and safety on site.</li>
<li>Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.</li>
<li>Support maintenance and small works requirements for existing clients.</li>
<li>Contribute to improving internal processes and procedures as the business continues to grow.</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Technical Skills:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Technically literate with good IT skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Experience using Microsoft Project beneficial.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Experience and Qualifications</b></p>
<p>Ideally, you will have:</p>
<ul>
<li>1 – 2 years’ experience in construction, commercial interiors, or project coordination.</li>
<li>Experience working on commercial office fit-out or refurbishment projects preferred but not essential.</li>
<li>An understanding of project management and construction processes.</li>
<li>A construction-related qualification or degree would be beneficial but is not essential.</li>
</ul>
<p>Candidates without formal qualifications will still be considered if they demonstrate relevant experience, practical knowledge and the right attitude.</p>
