You’ll work on a wide range of client projects while also playing a key role in shaping a brand-new SaaS product from the ground up. Some of the responsibilities: - Apply design thinking methodology to solve complex user experience challenges - Create wireframes and user flows before moving to high-fidelity designs - Conduct user research, create personas, journey maps, and information architecture - Design intuitive and accessible interfaces using Figma for multiple devices and platforms - Develop and maintain design systems for consistency and efficiency - Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing - Produce design documentation for accurate implementation - Collaborate with content creators, marketing specialists, and developers throughout the project lifecycle - Stay current with UX trends and best practices - Advocate for user-centred design principles - Contribute to shaping and evolving the SaaS product strategy Some of the requirements: - Professional UX design experience, preferably in an agency setting - Strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centred design process - Experience with design thinking and wireframing - Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite - Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices - Experience with user research and usability testing - Knowledge of current UX trends and application in real projects - Strong communication skills for articulating design decisions - Self-motivated with a desire to grow and develop in UX design Apply now for more info!
