About the Role

Procurement Manager - Facilities Management (Remote, UK) £Upto £70,000 + £5k Car allowance + 16% Bonus Fully Remote | UK-wide Butler Rose Procurement & Supply Chain are delighted to be exclusively supporting a global, market-leading organisation in the appointment of an experienced Procurement Manager to support a major international facilities management account. This is a strategic, senior procurement role, offering full remote working and the opportunity to lead sourcing activity across EMEA, APAC and North America, delivering value, driving supplier performance and supporting complex stakeholder environments. The RoleAs Procurement Manager, you will take ownership of sourcing strategy, supplier management and contract negotiations across a large, multi-site portfolio. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, delivering commercial value, operational performance improvements and risk mitigation across hard and soft FM services. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional and global sourcing strategies across FM categories Lead high-value commercial negotiations and large-scale procurement initiatives Manage supplier performance, governance frameworks, KPIs and service improvements Draft, review and negotiate complex contracts and commercial agreements Lead RFQs, RFPs and ITTs, from strategy through to final award Deliver annual savings targets and maintain robust reporting and governance processes Partner closely with operational, finance and senior leadership stakeholders Support continuous improvement, process standardisation and risk management About You10-15 years' experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, ideally within hard and soft FM services Proven track record of managing complex sourcing programmes across multiple geographies Strong commercial and analytical capability, with experience negotiating large-scale contracts Deep understanding of Facilities Management service delivery models Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Confident operating within complex, matrix-driven organisations Highly organised with strong project management capabilities QualificationsDegree qualified (or equivalent experience) Professional procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM, CPM or equivalent) highly desirable Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) advantageous Why Apply?Fully remote role, based anywhere in the UK High-profile international account exposure Senior-level procurement responsibility Long-term strategic opportunity within a global business This role is being exclusively handled by Lindsey Tremble, Director of Butler Rose Lancashire.
