Work location: Łódź, city center Hybrid mode The RPA Developer will be responsible for analyzing business processes and designing, developing and implementing workflow automation & RPA solutions using UiPath, Power Automate and any other workflow automation & RPA tools. They will create and maintaining documentation, support new and existing solutions, support projects go-live, hyper care, and post-production support. S/he/they will provide technical expertise in the design and implementation of RPA and be involved in day-to-day operational decision making and tactical and strategic decision making. S/he/they will also provide organizational support and technical expertise in RPA and operational knowledge around processes and optimization. S/he/they will work collaboratively and proactively with team colleagues, stakeholders, partners, and system integrators while ensuring compliance with company practices and policies. The RPA Developer will report to Manager Global Workflow Automation & RPA. Your role Design, develop, implement and maintain workflow and RPA solutions across the business under Global Business Services Platforms. Provide technical expertise in the design and implementation of RPA Accountable for the day-to-day operational maintenance of RPA systems Analyse existing business processes to evaluate RPA suitability Scripting and coding in any RPA tool to resolve automation issues Provide documentation for all new solutions Contribute and adhere to global RPA governance guidelines and standards Interact with the team: Collaboration RPA and workflow automation platforms Interact with other Brenntag teams such as engineering, product, security, development, QA, helpdesk, etc. Manage project requirements and business risks incl. transparent management reporting and budgeting Cultivate positive and collaborative culture among the team, that can instill respect, trust, and high say-do ratio. Proven experience in delivering successful results, a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for defining and driving improvement of own tasks. Your profile Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Operations, or other-related industry experience 3-5 years of professional experience, with minimum 3 years in workflow automation and RPA. Extensive knowledge of UiPath Strong experience with OCR-based automation and document understanding workflows (UiPath preferred but not limited to UiPath) Exposure to AI-driven automation scenarios (e.g., LLM integrations, AI agents, or intelligent decision workflows) Excellent workflow and business process knowledge Proven success creating and supporting workflow automation and RPA solutions Good logical, analytical and problem-solving skills Strategic thinker who is business-centric and customer-focused Clear thinker who can piece together system and data flows (downstream, midstream, and upstream) and to identify business/user impacts, data flow, and process flow. Also, to mitigate risks Experience in agile methodologies and ITIL-service operations Executive presence and Cross-Culture Awareness Good communication skill, in both written and verbal Strong operation and execution track-records (say-do) Self-starter, proactive, and collaborative Working in the Industrial or Chemical Industry is a plus Programming/scripting languages is a plus Experience working in remote global teams Power Platform, specifically Power Automation RPA Our offer Work in an international environment within a market-leading company.
