Director of Data, AI & Analytics
A global media and content organisation is seeking a commercially driven leader to drive strategic growth through Data, AI and Analytics initiatives across its digital and retail channels. This is a high-impact role focused on accelerating revenue through data-led strategy, advanced analytics, and emerging technology.
You will shape and execute a commercial roadmap, identifying new opportunities and optimising performance across key platforms. Working closely with senior leadership, you will own measurable financial outcomes while embedding a data-first mindset across the business.
Responsibilities
Define and deliver a data-led growth strategy aligned to revenue targets
Identify new commercial opportunities through analysis and experimentation
Own and report on ROI and financial impact of initiatives
Lead development of AI-enabled tools and data-driven products
Oversee delivery of analytics solutions from concept to scale
Optimise performance across e-commerce and digital channels
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive data-led decisions
Lead and develop a high-performing cross-functional team
Key Skills & Experience
Proven success delivering revenue growth in digital or retail environments
Strong commercial acumen
Experience applying data and analytics to business strategy
