Data Processor - Temporary Contract

Location: Milton Keynes
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office
Pay Rate: £13.05 per hour
Contract Length: Temporary contract until 31st March 2027

Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Data Processor on behalf of a government client based in Milton Keynes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background and excellent attention to detail to join a busy and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain reports relating to accidents and incidents concerning safety, health and environmental performance.
• Liaise with Train Operating Companies to gather accident and incident reports where required.
• Accurately input accident and incident details, including events at Managed Stations, into the relevant event recording systems.
• Review and sign off completed records within the system.
• Maintain and update the safety management information system as required.

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong administrative experience
• High level of attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to manage data accurately and efficiently
• Strong organisational and communication skills

This role would suit someone who is methodical, reliable, and comfortable working with sensitive or detailed information in a fast-paced environment.
