Quality Inspector – Crate Assembly

We are currently hiring a Quality Inspector for a hands-on role supporting crate assembly operations with a leading logistics company. This position works directly on the floor inspecting custom-built shipping crates and supporting production in a fast-paced environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity based on performance. What You’ll Do:  Inspect shipping crates to ensure they meet quality standards (50%)   Identify issues and provide recommendations for improvements (40%)   Communicate findings clearly to production teams (10%)   Support production during downtime and assist where needed Skills and Experience What We’re Looking For:  Minimum 1 year of recent quality inspection experience (within the last 2 years)   Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)   Ability to read and use a measuring tape accurately   Experience with industrial tools   Ability to read blueprints or designs (preferred)   Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality   Reliable, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse and crate assembly environment
