Position seeking candidate with the following:
- Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring they follow safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Oversee workflow, assist leadership with priorities, and ensure smooth daily functions in distribution.
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Identify opportunities to improve KPIs, shipping/receiving
- Enforce SOPs for shipping, receiving, quality, and production; ensure OSHA and safety regulations
- Track and report productivity, inventory, and quality
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Forklift experience
- Able to work in a non temperature controlled environment
- Forklift Experience
- 2+ years of experience with supervisory skills
- Logistic experience
