We’re working with a well-established, digitally-led financial services business looking to bring in an experienced CRM specialist to support a key transformation project.

Bloomreach experience is essential for this role.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be stepping into a business that knows it needs to evolve its CRM capability. Right now, things aren’t as data-led or as advanced as they could be, so they’re looking for someone who can come in, challenge the status quo and bring a more modern, effective approach.

You’ll be focusing on improving customer journeys across web and app, making better use of data and helping shape a more progressive CRM function.

What they’re looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with Bloomreach (essential)

• Proven delivery across web and app customer experiences

• Comfortable operating in a business that is evolving and not yet fully data-driven

• Someone who can balance strategy with hands-on delivery

Nice to have:

• Experience with AppsFlyer

The set up:

• Initial 3 month contract

• £325–£400 per day

• 3–4 days per week

• Ideally 1–2 days in the office (Cheshire) with flexibility for the right person
