Head of HR 
Looking to give back to the community or step into a meaningful part&#8209;time role as you approach retirement? We&rsquo;re Herefordshire Mind your local mental health charity with around 50 staff, and we&rsquo;re seeking an experienced Head of HR to provide supportive, hands&#8209;on guidance in just 8 hours per week.

About the Role

	<li>Lead HR advice for managers and the CEO</li>
	<li>Oversee policies, recruitment, onboarding, and ER matters</li>
	<li>Support wellbeing, culture and mental&#8209;health&#8209;informed practice</li>
	<li>Hybrid, flexible working</li>

About You

<ul>
	<li>CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent HR experience</li>
	<li>Confident, compassionate, and able to work independently</li>
	<li>Passionate about making a positive community impact</li>
</ul>
