We are seeking an experienced Nortel CS 2100 / Meridian Engineer to support an active migration from a legacy Nortel voice environment to Cisco. This is a highly specialized role requiring hands-on experience with Nortel enterprise voice platforms and practical involvement in large-scale voice transitions.
This role is fully remote and focused on technical execution, planning, and support throughout the migration lifecycle.
Provide hands-on engineering support for legacy Nortel Meridian / CS 2100 environments
Review and validate existing voice configurations and system architecture
Assist with dial plan analysis and mapping from Nortel to Cisco
Support cutover planning, migration strategy, and transition execution
Collaborate with customer engineers and stakeholders during the migration process
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to legacy Nortel systems during transition
Provide guidance and documentation to support a clean handoff to Cisco voice infrastructure
Proven, hands-on experience with Nortel Meridian and/or CS 2100 systems
Strong background in legacy enterprise voice environments
Experience supporting or participating in voice migrations to Cisco
Solid understanding of dial plans, call routing, and voice system configurations
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience supporting healthcare or large enterprise environments is a plus
This is not onsite — fully remote engagement
