Data Center Technician

A hyperscale data center operator providing mission-critical infrastructure for cloud computing and AI workloads. The company specializes in high-density power distribution, advanced cooling systems, network connectivity, and sustainable energy solutions for enterprise clients, technology companies, hyperscalers, and AI infrastructure deployments

The Data Center Technician will operate electrical and mechanical systems, execute planned maintenance procedures, troubleshoot equipment failures, and ensure continuous facility uptime. Responsibilities include UPS monitoring, cooling system operations, network hardware support, and maintaining operational excellence including alarm response protocols and shift handover documentation

• Technical degree or military equivalent background BICSI or electrical license preferred 2-4 years of critical infrastructure operations experience Proficiency in electrical systems and thermal management Strong understanding of data center standards and procedures Experience with monitoring tools and preventive maintenance Excellent decision-making and documentation skills

• Experience with Tier III/IV certified data centers Knowledge of automation platforms and DCIM tools BICSI certification with structured cabling expertise
