We are looking for student assistant to support with Trade Marketing tasks. We are looking for someone with good coordination skills, excel knowledge and attention to details.
About the job
As our current student will be leaving, we are looking for a new student assistant to join Danish Sales & Marketing Team. You will report to Karolina Piotrowska – Product & Insights Manager, and support with various Trade Marketing & Digital tasks. We offer you an opportunity to expand your marketing skills, while being part of a dynamic environment.
In this role, your responsibility will grow over time as you will be exposed to a variety of tasks and to cross-functional collaboration.
The main tasks include:
Updating monthly price lists
Being responsible for ordering various POS materials
Coordination of marketing processes
Ad hoc support with Digital Marketing
Main point of contact to our suppliers, warehouse & to our sales force team
Presentation preparation & analysis support
Who are you?
We are looking for a student assistant from a business administration/marketing university program, preferably enrolled into bachelor or about to start masters program. You are willing to work approximately 14h a week. Moreover, we offer great flexibility around exam periods and holidays.
Additionally, we imagine that you :
Have an eye to details
Have good coordination skills
Good analytical skills
Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must; understanding of Danish is an asset

Danish Sales & Marketing Team covers 3 business areas: Pharma Trade, prescription medicine (Specialty) and OTC & Food Supplements and you will be supporting the latter one. Part of our team is based in our headquarter in Odense, while the rest works from Søborg office – where you will be based. Job Location
The position is based in Copenhagen area - our office in located in Søborg. We value flexibility and there is a possibility to work from home when needed.
