Senior Gaming Partnerships Manager (EMEA, Platform & Developer Ecosystem)

We are hiring a senior partnerships leader to drive growth across a global gaming platform ecosystem. This role sits within a high-performing EMEA partnerships team and focuses on scaling relationships with game developers and strategic content partners.

This is a commercially accountable role where success is measured by partner growth, platform adoption, and revenue impact.

The Role

You will own and grow relationships with leading game developers across EMEA, acting as a strategic advisor and internal advocate. You will help partners maximise performance on the platform while influencing product, marketing, and engineering teams internally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale high-value partnerships with game developers and publishers
  • Drive adoption of platform features and new product capabilities
  • Translate partner needs into actionable internal priorities
  • Lead commercial conversations with senior stakeholders externally
  • Analyse partner performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across product, engineering, and marketing

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in partnerships, business development, or account leadership
  • Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem and developer landscape
  • Technical fluency with platforms, integrations, and product features
  • Proven track record of driving revenue or partner growth
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
