  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and external applications.
  • Develop and support custom plugins, workflows, and Power Automate solutions.
  • Configure, customize, and enhance the D365 Field Service module, including Work Orders, Scheduling, Resource Management, and related functionalities.
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and follow best practices for application lifecycle management (ALM).
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Developer.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations and customizations.
  • Experience integrating D365 with external systems using Web APIs, Azure Functions, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, Power Platform, and Dataflows.
  • Solid understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) within the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Experience developing custom plugins, workflows, and Power Automate solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
