About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Target Audience Analysis (TAA) practitioner to support the delivery, and potentially the design, of a TAA course for a military audience in the MENA region. The role requires strong subject matter expertise and the ability to deliver training aligned with NATO doctrine and best practice. We’re ideally looking for individuals with experience between SNCO and OF-2. Training delivery dates are 18 June to 3 July Key Responsibilities •Deliver TAA training to a military audience in accordance with NATO doctrine •Support course preparation, including lesson familiarisation and in-country set-up •Contribute to course design and development (if engaged for design package) •Facilitate syndicate discussions, practical exercises, and case studies •Provide subject matter expertise on TAA methodologies and applications •Support course evaluation and continuous improvement Required Experience & Qualifications •Recent experience conducting Target Audience Analysis in support of information activities and/or delivering TAA training to military audiences •Strong understanding of NATO or UK doctrine, processes, and analytical products •Familiarity with TAAWS and PAWS •Ability to translate operational experience into effective training delivery Desirable Background •Former Regular or Reserve personnel. •Relevant PsyOps / TAA qualifications •Previous instructor or training delivery experience •Experience managing or designing TAA research projects •Experience delivering qualitative and quantitative audience research Key Attributes •Strong communication and facilitation skills •Credibility as a subject matter expert •Ability to engage and instruct military audiences •Professional, adaptable, and collaborative approach Additional Information •Additional remuneration available for those supporting course design •Candidates must be available for the full delivery and preparation period •Training delivery dates are 18 June to 3 July •3 days of in-country preparation and lesson familiarisation.
