The Architect I will work on all phases of custom residential projects, from schematic design through construction administration. This role offers significant design opportunities and client interaction.

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) 2-4 years of post-degree experience Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp Strong design skills and attention to detail Excellent graphic communication abilities Knowledge of residential building codes

• Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure Experience with sustainable design strategies Familiarity with local building departments and permitting
